Strathbrock Mental Health Resource Centre
Strathbrock Mental Health Resource Centre is based within Strathbrock Community Health and Care Partnership and forms part of West Lothian Community Mental Health Day Services.
The Centre caters for individuals with a severe and enduring mental illness who do not require an intensive input but benefit from ongoing support and assistance.
We provide an accessible, flexible, recovery focussed service where the person is fully involved in developing and deciding their individualised care plan.
In order to achieve this approach we work in partnership with a wide range of statutory and voluntary organisations and Carers. A weekly Continuing Care Clinic is held at the Centre along with Clinics at Carmondean, Dedridge and Linlithgow Health Centre's providing Clinical Care locally.
Trained staff also provides an input to a Clozapine Clinic at St John's.
