We would like to find out more about what unpaid care is being carried out in our communities, who are caring for others, and what support they are getting or needing.

About the survey

If you are a young person or adult who is looking after a relative, friend, or neighbour who can't cope alone due to illness, disability, frailty, a mental health problem, an addiction OR if you regularly help someone out with chores, gardening, shopping, giving medication, taking someone to appointments, personal care, etc we would like your help.
We would like to ask you about the unpaid care you provide through the following questionnaire. Your answers will help us better understand the needs of our unpaid carers in West Lothian and help us to plan future supports for unpaid carers.

The survey is anonymous and should only take a few minutes to complete.
